That's not a scratch, that's a scuff. Also, rubbing a gob of compound by hand leaves swirls in the direction he was rubbing. Rotary buffer with light diminishing abrasive polishing compound would have taken that black mark right off the paint with perfect results.

LOL! hahaha, that wasnt even a scratch. It was a tiny scuff mark. I could have used my spit and finger to get that off. Plus you are using "TURTLE WAX" which acutally scratches the paint/clearcoat worse than before. AWFUL
